Share your story!

The main essence of this website is to create an on-line space of “Cultural Confluence”, in which our readers can share their own case-study of intercultural management in organizational change. We invite you to share in this ecosystem, one or more of your real Cultural Confluence stories, in your own words! Being enriched by other case-studies, we want to help build a world movement of cultural awareness management, minimizing risks and creating a framework for organizational change for the better.

If you are not sure of how to begin, please see some suggestions below:

  • Where/when/how did you have your expat experience?
  • How did you prepare for it?
  • What management strategies were you planning to apply?
  • Was there a breakthrough moment when you first realized something was wrong regarding the intercultural management?
  • What cultural specific interventions did you implemented?
  • What were the results of these interventions?
